Digital graphic printing is a very important application market. Process requirements need to dry the printing material, which makes the material easy to generate static electricity. In the high-speed operation of the machine, every time the material passes through a roller or a process, static electricity is generated. At the same time, each process itself may also be charged with static electricity due to induction. For example, at the discharge port of each printing unit, it is often found that the material is electrostatically charged. In the remaining other processes, such as varnishing, folding, etc., static electricity will also be generated. Sometimes the problem of static electricity is very serious, especially for certain synthetic substrates. We can solve this problem by using a series of suitable products, the typical ones are as follows.


Digital Printing

Usually the material is very static at the exit position after printing. This may be a problem, and the result depends on the nature of the substrate and other subsequent processes, such as whether to print on the substrate right away.

The solution is that the static rod installed at a distance of 25-50mm can effectively remove static electricity on the surface of the material.


Follow-up operation

After printing, there may be many subsequent processes, such as paging, varnishing, folding, sorting, and envelope folding. If the paper can absorb part of the moisture, the static electricity problem will not be particularly prominent. However, some materials have poor water absorption or are completely waterproof, so the static electricity problem will not disappear and is still very serious.

Digital printing also widely uses synthetic material substrates, which has a large number of applications.
